After birth the uterus has to involute (return to its pre-pregnancy size), it does this by contracting. Those contractions can be uncomfortable. This tincture is used to ease the pain from those contractions. Use as needed for pain during the first few days postpartum. If there is any tincture left, it can also be used for period cramps once your period has returned. Great to use for cramps from period relief.
