While I was on vacation my daughter got sick and I have so many remedies but it was hard for her to figure out what to take! I started thinking we needed to make a “box” that had herbs and tinctures labeled clearly for their use ie take this for coughs, take this for headaches, take this for immune boosting etc. 
 
This idea morphed into…doesn’t everyone need something like this?!?! Something you open up that has clear directions on what to take and for what. I hate getting sick and having to go get stuff at the store or send someone to get stuff for me. It’s so much better to have stuff on hand when needed. 
 
We have been foraging and handcrafting the medicines in this box since July😍
The names are the uses…Nourish your Headache, Nourish your Lungs, Nourish your Immune System etc.
